How is Kombuchery shipped?

We ship Kombuchery in an environmentally friendly and shatterproof box. Each bottle is separated and protected so that the glass cannot be damaged. Shipping is insured with our reliable logistics partner DHL or DPD. As soon as the package has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number.

How long does the delivery take?

Any order placed before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched to you on the same day and will arrive within a short time. Please refer to the list below for the exact delivery times.

Express surcharge: 5€ per package (optional)

Delivery information:

1. Please make sure that you are at home on the delivery day or have provided your delivery preferences, such as a drop-off location/neighborhood/parcel shop or desired day.
2. The delivery is unchilled, but our kombucha and the shots taste best when they are cold. Therefore, store the kombucha in the fridge for a long time - this way it cannot ferment further.
