Ingredients for 1 glass:

  • 4cl gin
  • 1cl lemon juice
  • 6cl kombucha, e.g. Kombuchery Original
  • 10 blackberries
  • a little salt and 2 pieces of lemon for the rim of the cocktail glass
  • 1 cocktail shaker

Here's how to mix it:

  1. Place the blackberries and lemon juice in the shaker and muddle them with either a muddler or a spoon.
  2. Then add the gin and ice, and shake the shaker vigorously for a long time.
  3. Finally, top everything off with kombucha.
  4. Now you can fill the glass with ice cubes and the cocktail.

If you fancy something special as a garnish, you can create a lemon-salt rim on your cocktail glass before filling it. First, place the salt on a plate or in a shallow bowl. Then lightly rub the rim of the glass with the lemon piece and dip the glass upside down into the salt.
